Who Saved Whom is a volunteer operated non-profit 501(c)3 Public Charity, founded by Jarita Moore, to rescue at-risk dogs in order to prevent euthanasia.

Community members within an hour of Cleveland, TN go through our training, and open their homes to provide a safe place for dogs that we have rescued.  Our team then assesses each dog's behavior and health needs, creates a plan, and supports each Foster Angel by providing supplies, complete vetting, and assistance with any behavior work that will help the dog live their best life.

Through fundraising efforts, grants, partnerships, individual, and corporate donations, we are able to provide all of the care that these "challenging" dogs need, in order to bring them health and happiness.

 

ADOPTION

As we work to rehabilitate our foster dogs, we move them from stage to stage, beginning with "Adoptable for an experienced adopter" through to "Adoptable by anyone".

 

Each of our dogs by the time of adoption:

• Are fully vetted

• Are spayed/neutered

• Have been microchipped

• Are fully vaccinated

• Are on pest prevention​
